World Map Banner

Good morning!!  How are you?  Hope your weekend was wonderful.  They always go by soooooo fast...don't they?  We had quite a bit of snow delivered to us this past Friday and many of the surrounding schools in my area were closed.  Now....today we have rain and most of it is melting.  I don't know about you....but I am looking forward to spring.  

Enough chitter chatter....and onto my project I wanted to share with you today.  I recently bought a few maps from the dollar store thinking that I was going to use them on a piece of furniture.  However, I saw that some creative person in blog land created a banner out of maps.  I just fell in love with the idea and thought it looked fun.  I am sorry that I do not remember where I saw this idea to give proper credit to the source.  

There's really nothing to creating it.  I used a piece of twine and cut out my triangles and simply strung it all together......easy peasy.
