Burlap Pillows

Good morning and happy Monday!  I hope things are A+ wherever you are in the world today!!  My family had a nice and low key weekend.....nothing too exciting to report...but sometimes those weekends are the best...aren't they?

I do love burlap these days....I have what seems like a million pillows around here that were found at garage sales just waiting to be slip covered.  What better way to recover them than with burlap?  I then used my cricut to create a stencil out of contact paper and then painted the words on.  I love stenciling onto burlap because the material is so forgiving and the paint hardly runs under the stencil.  It usually allows for clean and crisp letters.

I settled on these two sayings.....
I hope you have a wonderful day.
Thanks for really is appreciated:)

  2. so cute! I used stencils to paint on burlap to make banners for my wedding. Definitely going to make some pillows in the not-too-distant future!
