The Shabby Gals Spot

Hello!! I hope that you are all having a fabulous Friday! Tomorrow is Saturday and that's usually the day when us Shabby Gals go and spend a few hours each week in our little "store" or space that we sell all of our treasures in. It's called the Birdcage Antiques and Collectibles. For those of you located in Michigan the address is 5640 E. Highland Rd. If you get a chance and are in the area you should stop in and check us out. . It's a thrift store that consists of 18 different dealers, give or take, selling their antiques, vintage items, furniture, knick knacks, etc. We are located within the building in a large pink room and we are called, as you all know, the Shabby Gals.

I have never had so much fun re-organizing and decorating a room before! It's so fun to see it all come together. There are three of us contributing all of our projects and treasures that we work on into the space and somehow with all of our different ideas and styles it comes together in a feminine, rustic, shabby and eclectic kind of manner. It's really neat to see the room transform each time we are in there working on it. It's also a blast to be able to spend time with each other in a space that we created as a team. So all of these projects that we have shared with you throughout the weeks on this blog are probably going to be in some of these pictures I am about to show you. Although, to tell you the truth you might not see ALL of them because once we complete a project sometimes it ends up in our own homes. I am definitely guilty of that!

I am so excited to be sharing with you the place that is so near and dear to our hearts. We have worked so hard on creating a place that is overflowing with all of our unique items that we have put all of our creative energy into. We hope that you like it and please if you get a chance to stop in let us know what you think. We are always looking for ways to update and change things up!

Have a great weekend!!
