For the Birds...........

Hello friends..... I've been really enjoying working on outside items for the gardens or for backyard sitting areas, like decks, patios.......Many of the items I have been working on are metal or wood.  I have an adorable little tabletop birdbath that can be used for so many things.  For example,  it can be used as a birdbath on a table, or used to hold jewelry or decorations on a coffee table, or even in a bathroom holding toiletries, etc.....

First, I brushed an aqua flat paint onto the birdbath.  Than I painted a light orange all over it and than wiped off the excess, which was left in all the grooves and imperfections.  Aqua and orange are two popular colors and they look fun together.  I sprayed a light coating of varnish to protect it if I wanted to use it as a birdbath....

So what do you think.  Next time, Dianne......
